Tim Kilpin has spent the better part of the last 30 years reliving his childhood, in creative and commercial leadership roles at Mattel, Inc. and The Walt Disney Company. Along the way, he helped develop and execute the strategies behind many of today’s best-loved children’s franchises, including Hot Wheels, Disney Princess, Winnie the Pooh, Monster High, and Mickey Mouse. Tim currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., and regularly consults on strategic, creative, and leadership issues for companies in the Toy and Children’s Entertainment industries.
Jessi served as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Consumer Products at Mattel, Inc., from September 25, 2012 to June 2015. Ms. Dunne served as Executive Vice President of Disney Mom and Babies at Disney Consumer Products, Inc. She served as Executive Vice President of Disney Classic Characters and Disney Baby at Disney Consumer. Ms. Dunne served as Executive Vice President of Global Licensing at Disney Consumer Products, Inc. since May 2008. Ms. Dunne served as Executive Vice President Global Toys and Electronics of Disney Consumer Products, Inc. since August 2004. Prior to that, she held several various positions at Hasbro Toys, including vice president, Worldwide Marketing for the Star Wars brand.
Michele founded LPR in 1988 with just one client, Matchbox Toys. Today, she’s grown the agency to nearly 25 employees with a full client roster, ranging in categories from toys and baby gear to lifestyle brands and social good campaigns. Her family has grown, too. In addition to three nieces, Rachel, Alison and Samantha, her grandchildren, Emma, Jack and Henry are the newest jewels in her crown.
